Free Therapy Timer is an automated, web-based temporal measurement and auditory pacing application. It is not a medical device, diagnostic system, or healthcare provider. The pre-configured interval suggestions (e.g., standard therapy holds, isometric sets, phonation exercises) are provided strictly for general reference and convenience. Always consult a licensed physician, physical therapist, or qualified sports professional before initiating any exercise, stretching, or rehabilitation protocol. Terminate any exercise immediately if you experience sharp pain, dizziness, or shortness of breath.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Free Therapy Timer (freetherapytimer.com), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.
2. Permissible Use and License
Free Therapy Timer grants you a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, and non-commercial/commercial end-user license to run the software directly through your browser for:
- Personal health, rehabilitation, isometric holds, and athletic training.
- Clinical, physical therapy clinic, or athletic gym pacing under professional oversight.
- Academic, voice training, or speech pathology timing.
You agree not to reverse engineer, scrape, frame without attribution, launch denial of service attacks against, or maliciously alter the application's client-side assets.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All software design, user interfaces, branding ("Free Therapy Timer"), typography, vector icons, custom delta-timing code, and translation algorithms are the intellectual property of Free Therapy Timer. Exported user data (such as CSV files generated from the digital stopwatch) belongs entirely to the user.
4. Limitation of Liability & "As Is" Warranty
The application is provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Under no circumstances shall Free Therapy Timer, its developers, or its contributors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:
- Physical injury, strain, or medical complications arising from exercises timed using the service.
- Browser crashes, device battery depletion, or background audio pauses caused by operating system sleep policies.
- Inaccuracies in third-party hardware speech synthesis or audio output hardware.
5. Modifications and Service Continuity
We reserve the right to modify, enhance, or temporarily suspend features of Free Therapy Timer at any time to deliver bug fixes, new language translations, or performance optimizations without prior notice.
